LYNNWOOD — Police are investigating a Tuesday afternoon crash that left one woman with life-threatening injuries.
The woman, 58, of Lynnwood, was struck just after 4 p.m. while walking on the sidewalk in the 17900 block of Highway 99, Lynnwood police spokeswoman Shannon Sessions said. The woman was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
The woman was struck by a GMC sport utility vehicle driven by an Edmonds man, 87, Sessions said.
Investigators believe the Edmonds man was pulling out of a nearby business. No other details were available Wednesday.
