LYNNWOOD — A man dressed in black implying he had a weapon took an undisclosed amount of money on Wednesday from a tanning salon, said Jan Jorgensen, spokeswoman for the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
The man entered Tropical Tan in the 15600 block of Highway 99 near Lynnwood at about 12:10 p.m., demanded money and left in a vehicle.
He was described as a white male with dark brown hair and a big nose. He wore black sunglasses, a black baseball cap with red lettering, a black jacket with red and white Korean lettering on the back, black jeans and black boots. The incident is under investigation, Jorgensen said. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the sheriff’s office crime tip line at 425-388-3845.
