ARLINGTON — A man who died in a head-on collision on Monday near Arlington has been identified by the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office.
He was Robert D. Labay Jr., 58, of Mountlake Terrace.
An Arlington woman was driving westbound on Highway 530 west of Arlington when her Subaru Outback crossed the center line. The woman, 73, hit Labay’s Jeep Cherokee, which was eastbound.
Labay was reportedly not wearing a seat belt. He was ejected from the vehicle.
The woman was not hurt.
