Man in critical condition after bar shooting in Burien

BURIEN — A man was critically wounded inside a sports bar, and King County sheriff’s deputies are looking for the person who pulled the trigger.

Deputies say the victim was shot with an assault rifle inside the MVP sports bar in Burien before 1 a.m. on Sunday.

He was taken taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

No one else in the bar was shot.

Sheriff’s detectives are trying to identify the gunman.
