SEATTLE — A Marysville man pleaded guilty Tuesday to taking part in a prolific pharmacy burglary ring that operated out of Marysville.
Brian P. Green, 29, admitted in U.S. District Court in Seattle to breaking into pharmacies in Washington and Oregon and distributing oxycodone, a powerful prescription painkiller.
The burglary ring operated between 2004 and 2006. Tens of thousands of dollars worth of prescription drugs were taken during the nighttime break-ins.
Green was the 26th and last person to be charged and convicted in the case. All defendants are from Snohomish County. As part of his plea agreement, Green agreed to pay the pharmacies back for the pills and damage to buildings.
Green is scheduled to be sentenced in April. He faces a maximum of 20 years in prison.
