EVERETT — A fire damaged the Everett Clinic’s Hearing Aid Center on Wednesday morning.
Firefighters believe the fire started on the roof around 10:15 a.m. It appeared to be linked to construction work, Everett Fire spokesperson Rachael Doniger said.
The fire was extinguished quickly, and nobody was injured, Doniger said.
From the outside, it did not appear that the building had structural damage. Scorch marks streaked the building’s pointed metal roof.
A damage estimate was not immediately available.
