MEDFORD, Ore. (AP) — A shooter on a motorcycle shattered six windows and damaged three other buildings while wheeling down the streets of Medford.
The Mail Tribune reported that 65-year-old Dwaine Schiffer was arraigned Monday on four counts of unlawful use of a weapon and four counts of first-degree criminal mischief in connection to the spree and is being held at the Jackson County Jail on $7 million bail.
Police received reports Sunday of a man on a motorcycle shooting at buildings in the area. The shooter shattered five large glass windows and a glass door at D&S Harley Davidson, causing an estimated $2,500 in damage.
Schiffer was arrested on his motorcycle shortly after the reports. Police say he told them he was unhappy with some work D&S had done for him.
