WOODINVILLE — Snohomish County sheriff’s deputies are investigating reports of vandalism at the Islamic Cemetery of the Bosniaks in the Woodinville area.
Someone called 911 around 10 a.m. Thursday. The vandalism was reported in an area near 216th Street SE and Highway 9, sheriff’s spokeswoman Shari Ireton said.
There are two cemeteries in the area and there is not enough evidence to indicate that it was a hate crime, Ireton said.
No other details were immediately available.
