With Saturday’s Democratic precinct caucuses looming, you can learn more about one of the front-runners for the party’s nomination, Howard Dean, at 7 tonight at the Everett Public Library, 2702 Hoyt Ave.
There also will be information about the caucuses, which are 10 a.m.-noon Saturday at dozens of locations around Snohomish County.
