The prices on some popular concession items are going up at Comcast Arena. A bottle of beer and a 32-ounce container of popcorn now each cost 50 cents more: $7 and $3.50, respectively.
Most of the price changes are by a quarter or 50 cents. A few examples of new prices: Chicken tenders and fr
ies ($8), French fries ($4), taco salad ($8.50) and a domestic draft 24-ounce beer ($8).
Not all items are going up in price — some are staying the same. In at least one case, the price is going down. An Ivar’s chowder bowl is dropping 25 cents to $7.50.
Centerplate, the company that handles concessions for the arena, also is introducing kids’ menu items, such as a hot dog, chips and soda combo for $4.50.
I’ve attached the full list of prices to the post.
