Arlington Parks, Arts and Recreation Commission, 7 p.m. today, City Council Chambers, conference room B, 110 E. Third St. Beth Hill plans a presentation on the Bridge of Flowers.

Everett City Council, 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, City Council Chambers, 3002 Wetmore Ave. Council members are scheduled to vote on a new zoning category for mobile home parks. The zoning change is voluntary and could result in lower property taxes for mobile home parks that agree to remain open for at least five years.

Snohomish Parks and Recreation board, 7 p.m. Wednesday, Snohomish City Hall, 116 Union Ave., Snohomish. The board plans to discuss improvements at Harryman’s Farm Park.
