R U testing RUC?

The state has started its pilot of pay-per-mile taxes.

I am among the guinea pigs. Are you?

My SUV is among 2,000 vehicles taking part in a pilot project to test the state’s ideas for “road usage charges.” These pay-per-mile taxes are seen as the most viable way to make up for lost gas-tax revenues as vehicles get more fuel efficient or skip the gas station altogether.

I’ll be chronicling the experience for Street Smarts. Are you taking part? What reporting method did you choose?
