RENTON — Police in the south Seattle suburb of Renton say they’ve made an arrest after a man stabbed a female clerk during a robbery at a GameStop video game store.
No details about the arrested man were immediately available.
The Seattle Times reported that a Harborview Medical Center spokeswoman in Seattle says the 23-year-old victim is in serious condition. Police say the clerk’s throat was slit in the attack late Wednesday morning.
Renton police spokeswoman Terri Vickers says the man stabbed the clerk after he forced her to open the store’s safe.
