SEATTLE — Authorities said a small overnight fire at a Seattle police community station was arson.
Seattle police spokeswoman Renee Witt said no one was injured and there was minimal damage to the station located in the Central District. The fire was reported at 3:30 a.m. Saturday.
KOMO-TV reported that police aren’t sure if the arson is related to Friday’s protests over the shooting of woodcarver John T. Williams by a Seattle police officer.
