SPOKANE — Spokane developer Ron Wells is working to bring the historic Ridpath hotel back to life as an apartment complex.
KXLY reported that the hotel that has set empty for five years would be converted to a 236-room complex with a fitness center and swimming pool.
The first phase of the renovation is expected in June, and about 60 people have already signed up for the idea of downtown living.
