SPOKANE — Spokane authorities have identified the victim of a shooting at a tattoo and drug paraphernalia shop.
The Spokane County Medical Examiner on Wednesday identified the victim as 17-year-old Ceasar Medina and said he was shot in the neck and chest and died of his injuries.
Police are still searching for the shooter.
They have not released many details about the events that led to the shooting, which occurred early Tuesday morning inside a shop called Northwest Accessories.
The Spokesman-Review reports that Medina is the fifth homicide victim in Spokane this year.
