The last scheduled pancake breakfast at Stillaguamish Senior Center is set for Saturday.
Pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, juice and coffee will be served from 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the senior center, 18308 Smokey Point Blvd. in Arlington. Cost is $4 for seniors, $4.50 for adults or $3.50 for children younger than 12.
The center’s volunteer coordinator Karen Kay is urging Arlington residents to stop by, eat breakfast and bid farewell to the volunteers who made the event possible over the years.
Once a monthly fundraiser for the center, the breakfast now costs more than it brings in, cook Kathy Brown said.
