KELSO — Police have arrested a suspect in a shooting that left a man with life-threatening injuries in Kelso.
The victim was able to call 911 Sunday night and say he had been shot at his home. Travis W. Russell was found on his porch and taken to a hospital.
With the help of Cowlitz County sheriff’s deputies, police arrested a 40-year-old suspect at his home in Kelso.
