LYNNWOOD — The man who died in a crash on Highway 99 crash Friday has been identified.
Around 10:30 p.m., Brian Paulin, 32, was driving north in the 13900 block of Highway 99 when he lost control at Lincoln Way and crossed over the median, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Paulin, of Lynnwood, crashed head on with a Kia Sorento going south, according to state patrol. Authorities had previously identified the deceased as a Tacoma man.
Paulin was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Sorento driver, a 32-year-old Snohomish man, was injured and taken to Swedish Mill Creek, police said. It was unclear what his condition was Tuesday.
