Teen arrested for texting naked picture of ex-girlfriend, 13

LACEY — A 14-year-old Lacey boy has been arrested after police say he sent a naked picture of his 13-year-old ex-girlfriend by cell phone to other students.

Lacey Police say the image was forwarded to dozens of students in at least three different schools.

A Thurston County prosecutor told KIRO-TV the boy and two other teens could face child pornography charges and if convicted serve up to a month in detention.

The students have been released to their parents until a decision is made concerning criminal charges. The boy is a student at Chinook Middle School.
