SAMMAMISH — Police say they’ve arrested a 16-year-old girl believed to be involved in the death of a man in a car prowling incident.
King County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Cindi West says the teen was arrested Tuesday in Federal Way and that detectives believe she was involved in a car break-in in Sammamish last week that led to 22-year-old Moises Radcliffe’s death.
Detectives believe she was the third occupant in a vehicle that struck and killed Radcliffe, the son of a Seattle police officer, at Beaver Lake Park.
Detectives also believe she used a credit card stolen at the park around the time of the homicide.
Ka’Deidre Rials was ordered held Monday on $1 million bail on investigation of vehicular homicide and identity theft in the case.
A 16-year-old boy also is being held in the incident.
