EDMONDS — Two people were hospitalized early Sunday morning after a rear-end car crash on Highway 99.
A 24-year-old Lynnwood man allegedly drove into another vehicle that was stopped at 220th Street SW and Highway 99, according to the Edmonds Police Department. Both people in the stopped vehicle were taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
The Lynnwood man was arrested for investigation of driving under the influence.
The road was closed or limited for hours.
