Vancouver man in jail for attempted murder after car crash

VANCOUVER, Wash. — Police in Vancouver say a 29-year-old man has been booked into jail for investigation of attempted murder and felony hit and run.

Police were called to a rollover accident involving a car late Tuesday, and found Robert Souza nearby. Two adults and a child were in the car at the time. The child was not hurt while the adults had minor injuries.

After investigating, police say they believe Souza intentionally caused the accident. They booked him into Clark County Jail early Wednesday.
