SEATTLE — The Transportation Department says freezing temperatures expected overnight have delayed the first night of work on a major project on I-5 in downtown Seattle.
The department says work will now begin Tuesday night.
Lanes will be closed on nights and weekends this month to grind uneven spots from the pavement and repave more than 450 cracked panels along 18 miles of the freeway.
