Sometimes, especially after the rush of the holidays, a columnist just needs a break from the more serious and vexing transportation problems of our time, like tolls and roundabouts and expansion joints. “JUSSAYN” (as I saw on a Honda Accord the other day).
What clever or funny ones have you seen? Send it to streetsmarts@heraldnet.com, along with the make and model of the vehicle. If you can, note if the personalized plate is also a specialty license plate — like those with a Seahawks logo or musical notes.
These must be vehicles you personally have spotted in recent weeks in your daily travels. No Google, please.
