AG Ferguson unfairly harassed Value Village

I see state Attorney General Bob Ferguson and his office have been ordered to pay over $4 million for the legal fees of Value Village. This is just one of many frivolous and intimidating lawsuits this attorney general has filed over the years.

Come on! Value Village? What’s next? Habitat for Humanity? St. Vincent de Paul?

I love Value Village. As a senior on a fixed income, trying to function in our state’s high tax and inflationary climate, I see Value Village as a godsend with wonderful buys. It’s fun to shop there. I save money.

But Bob Ferguson’s office shows no remorse in what it did in harassing this store or in succeeding in driving up its costs. Is this the kind of man we want for our next governor? The answer is obviously no.
