Regarding the April 27 letter, “No affiliations the safest route?”:
I don’t understand what the writer is talking about! I don’t get down to Monroe very often, but I have been looking at every Koster sign as I drive around Arlington, Marysville, Lake Stevens, Everett, Stanwood and up and down I-5 and every sign I see has (R) on it! Guess one got through without it!
