My 97-year-old father has been a customer of SeaFirst Bank, which was bought by Bank of America, at Colby and Hewitt for 50 years. He inquired at the branch recently what the exchange would be on an Australian bill. This bank (unlike others) charges $5.00 just to cash foreign currency. Merry Christmas to all but bah humbug to the Bank of America who seem customer unfriendly, especially to our seniors.
