There is a huge environmental problem regarding the recycling of plastic bottles, as well as other plastics.

Why not put a deposit on each plastic bottle?

People can return plastic bottles and get a refund for each bottle of, say, 3 or 5 cents.

With a monetary reward, everyone will be searching for plastic bottles to return for recycling. This would also help people be more active, young and old, as well as help the homeless.

This could also be done with other items.
