Bush a decent man; doing what’s right

I’m not ashamed to state unequivocally that I love President George W. Bush. I love the way he stands tall, regardless of the carping of the critics around him. I love the way he honors those who serve our country – past, present and future. I love the way he has returned dignity back to the office of the presidency. I love how he consistently treats America’s friends with trust and respect. I love how he holds unworthy nations and men accountable for their deeds and words. I love how he loves this country so much as to risk his own presidency for the sake of its safety.

In navigating through times of grave peril, he rarely gets the credit he deserves. He does not deserve the scorn incessantly heaped upon him. I believe him a good and decent man honestly trying with all his heart, mind and strength to do the right things for America.

I am not ashamed to love this man. And that is why I ask you to please consider this question when you enter the voting booth on Nov. 2: Which candidate for president will most clearly do whatever it takes – regardless of personal cost, public humiliation or the shifting winds of opinion – to make this country safer and more secure? The answer to me is crystal clear. I am voting to re-elect President George W. Bush. I urge you to do likewise.
