To all the editors, reporters, political pundits, cartoonists and writers of letters to the editor who are making fun of George W. Bush’s intelligence: Mr. Bush reads, writes and speaks Spanish fluently. How many of you can do the same thing? Mighty few, I’ll bet.
You’ll notice I didn’t say “claim to do the same.” I said “do.”
