If the PUD is supposed to be a public utility district, then why on the agenda, printed in The Herald for the March 12 regular meeting, does it state under “Executive Session” that they are to have a “discussion of a litigation or potential litigation matters of which public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the District?”
If this bunch of elected commissioners can’t do their jobs without hiding behind closed doors, because they might get caught at something, then they should resign. If they don’t, then it’s time to kick them all out! Can you spell “recall”?
