Froma Harrop’s column, “Crazy shooter, yes, but still a political attack” in Tuesday’s edition is a perfect example of liberal left hypocrisy and hate-baiting. She should change her name to Foaming Harrop.
The divisive hateful blather shows nothing more than she is exactly what she’s complaining about. West Virginia’s Joe Manchin shoots the health care bill with a high-powered rifle, the Democratic National Committee publishes a map of the United States with bullseyes on Republican “targets.” Obama says he’ll bring a gun to a knife fight; but all Harrop can do is blame the right and end by stating, “So no, Speaker Boehner, that massacre wasn’t about “us” who serve the people. It was about Democrats operating in a political environment his party helped poison.” And to use Gabby Giffords as her excuse to rant when Gabby is a registered gun owner with a concealed handgun permit.
