Easily the scariest, most alarming issue in the upcoming election is the possibility that if George W. Bush is elected, women in this country will lose their right to choose for themselves. This is not necessarily an issue of being for abortion or against abortion as much as it is simply about the right of women to make decisions for themselves. Under Bush, this right will not only disappear, but his ability to nominate like conservatives to the Supreme Court will affect our daughters, granddaughters and friends for years to come. Political rhetoric aside, for women this is a decisive issue. Take the time to think this through.
