I could not help but be full of grief upon reading about the stolen vehicle that was being pursued by the police and crashed in to Rachael Kamin’s car on her way home from work. When I got home Thursday night, I learned she died from her injuries from that horrific crash. Now I do believe that the man who hit her should be held without bail and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. I can only hope her family can heal from this terrible senseless act the was played out while the police were in pursuit of the stolen vehicle.
I will render judgment about the pursuit and whether or not they felt that it was justified but that will not bring Rachael back to her family.
As another person has already said, my insurance will cover my motor vehicle loss but won’t bring back my fatally injured loved on.
