Surely the Pursuit church billboard across the river from Snohomish would not have used the image and lyrics of the singer, Britney Spears, without knowing that she is a passionate supporter of the LGBTQ+ community. We can finally hope that Pursuit will give up its campaign of divisiveness and join with the many open-minded churches here in rejecting hate, fear and ignorance.
At the next joyful and always colorful Pride Parade it will be such a pleasure to welcome those Pursuit members who have acknowledged with a loving heart the humanity of their neighbors.
