Don’t confuse transgendered with pedophiles

Bathroom petition

Understand who transgendered are

On Saturday, May 6, my fiance and I were going to an event at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds. As we were walking into the building, a woman asking for signatures for a petition stopped us asking “would you like to make our bathrooms safer?” My fiance asked what she meant, and she said “pedophiles” I asked her flat out if she meant “transgenders” and she said “Men dressing as women.”

I restrained my initial urge to beat her about the head and shoulders with her signature board. In fact, I simply said “no” and went on my way. I was appalled at her willful ignorance and her obvious inability to use a dictionary.

Why on earth would someone born a man go through all the testing, time, expense, and pain of turning himself into a woman and then molest a little girl? Think about it! Use your brain! You know, it’s that lump three feet above your butt, to paraphrase Tom Hanks.

The typical pedophile treats children as adults and puts himself in situations where he is around children a great deal of the time. He grooms children and earns their trust. He often has a good job. He isn’t in a doctor’s office being turned into a woman and he isn’t likely to go into a restroom just on the off chance he might see a bare behind.
