I hope the health insurance package does not pass. It is so flawed that it would be a disaster if it did pass. Here is a good idea. Instead of spending almost a trillion dollars forcing people to buy health insurance, why not create a military style draft of post-graduate doctors and nurses? They would serve a minimum of two years in a government-run health facility taking care of those with little or no health insurance.

How to pay for it? Same way they plan on paying for everything else … borrow it from China.
