Candidates for House of Representatives in the 2nd Congressional District of Washington state were interviewed by the Everett Herald editorial board on Sept. 19, 2018. They are incumbent Democratic Rep. Rick Larsen and Libertarian challenger Brian Luke.
The interviewers were Opinion Editor Jon Bauer and Executive Editor Neal Pattison.
The Herald will publish an endorsement of one candidate or the other sometime before the Nov. 6 election.
