In Ohio there are reports of widespread election fraud. People were told that they should vote the day after Election Day. People who had lived at the same address and voted at the same poll for years were told their address was wrong and were turned away and not allowed to vote. Precincts with a significant rise in voter registration were assigned fewer voting machines so that wait times were as long as eight hours. The elderly, disabled, mothers and people who had to work had to leave before voting because they couldn’t stand there for hours in line. People punched in votes for John Kerry and saw George Bush pop up on the screen. George Bush received more votes in precincts than there were registered voters. Most of these incidents took place in African American areas.
And Colin Powell and the Bush administration demanded new elections in Ukraine? Puhleeze, give me a break. When are you neo-cons going to wake up and see that the Grand Old Party has been corrupted?
