I have noticed in my travels to downtown Snohomish that the skate board park is quite busy at times. There are at least 15 to 20 kids there at one time on skateboards and bikes. I also noticed there is a sign that says helmets required. At any one time, the most I see is one or two kids wearing the required helmets. I am just wondering if the city will wait until someone is hurt and the city is sued before they do something about it.
