I am writing to express my deep appreciation for Wayne Kruse’s Outdoor Outlook every Thursday in The Herald. I have never met Wayne, but I have read his column for many year and look forward every Thursday to finding the latest information for both local and regional outdoor activities.

His articles are not only informative, they include humor, helpful hints, threats to our environment and wildlife and the Outdoor Calendar for upcoming events.

Thanks to The Herald and Wayne, you are the “Crown Jewel ” for the men and women and young ones that fish, hunt and love all the other outdoor activities.
