This letter is a “must write” because of the excellent service and the manner in which I was treated by the employees and floral designer at Stadium Flowers on Broadway in Everett.
I had gone to find something very special to send to my mom on her upcoming birthday. I found an exquisite arrangement that seemed to have my mom’s name written all over it! Unfortunately, my mom lives in California and the arrangement was something that could not be wired to her as it was a custom, in-store arrangement. The floral arranger, Frank, and all the employees went out of their way to make sure they found someone in California who could try and duplicate what I had picked, which was not easy. They had been turned away by at least seven shops in California not willing to take the on task. Stadium Flowers did not give up, though. They kept trying until they found someone who would do the arrangement.
Afterward, Mom called me to thank me for what she called “the most beautiful flower arrangement she had ever seen.”
Needless to say I am very pleased with the quality of service and the mannner in which I was treated by Stadium Flowers as they did not have to extend that level of effort and thoughtfulness. It sure is a great feeling to know that “superior” customer service still exists.
