Are you kidding me? You know who you are. You were driving an older, black BMW on I-5 Monday (March 14) during heavy traffic with your head down obviously reading or texting or both, as you drove north from Everett toward Marysville! I stayed as far away from you as I could.
If it isn’t bad enough that a lot of society still hasn’t realized the impact of our obsession with our phones as we put others on the road at risk, this man had a child car seat in the back. I hope he has The Herald app on that phone.
