Regarding Sunday’s front page article “Choose a slogan that suits Everett”: I think that the five nominees must have been proposed by our elite city leaders.
Where has my Everett gone? Our Everett, once known as “Mill Town” is no more, and our elected officials are catering the wealthy, with plans for the waterfront and downtown. The most fitting name would be “Snobsville”! Is there room for a write-in?
