Regarding the Monday Business Week In Review item: “During the first phase of the project (on the Everett waterfront) Maritime expects to build nearly 160 condos, which would sell for $400,000 to $1 million, as well as provide office and retail space.” Where will the office workers and retail clerks live? How will they get to work? Why are there no zoning laws or, heaven forbid, civic awareness to require the project to include housing at rates that workers can afford?
