Liberals seem to forget reality

In response to Roy Holman’s letter July 13 (“War has nothing to do with liberation”), in which he infers President Bush is a tyrant and if we want the truth we have only to look to Michael Moore’s movies:

The ignorance that liberals display today is mind boggling! Many prominent liberals have admitted that Moore’s movies are full of propaganda and outright fabrications. Michael Moore is a vicious low-life who, while this country is at war, travels the globe spreading hate for our leaders. This is treason, folks, any way you cut it.

Wake up, America. This war is no joke. If we lose it, we lose everything. How many gruesome murders will it take to get you to realize that they will saw your head off, too, with a dull sword, given the chance. They leave us no choice. We will fight them. Do you want to fight them over there, or in our streets?

Many of your countrymen have already died fighting for all of us, and others have died in terror attacks. Remember 9-11? Have you forgotten the bodies falling from the towers? Just because you liberals may want to wish it all away, doesn’t make this threat to our very survival any less real.
