I was very disappointed that Memorial Day was not covered on The Herald’s front page on May 31. This is a the day when all Americans honor our heroes. Where is your sense of patriotism?. It was apparently inside on A5.
One front page headline on Memorial Day was about removing trash from Lake Stevens ,which apparently in your editors’ opinion outshines Memorial Day. Our heroes deserve front-page coverage, just for one day in 2021, for their sacrifice to our great country.
