Regarding the article “Gregoire’s prowess at filling coffers continues” and the guest commentary “Fixing crumbling freeways first priority”:
Money talks – always!
1. The stud (tire) people donate money to the governor and Legislature to keep studded tires ripping up the roads.
2. The asphalt people donate money for the same reason – so they can repair the roads.
3. Same thing with the Bush administration. Invade countries – bomb the hell out of them.
4. Give no-bid contracts to friends who then rebuild.
I hope the money they all receive is made out of asbestos.
