New politicians needed

Congratulations to everyone who has been voting for Democrats and by extension, their wacko environmental friends and ideas. We are now in an energy emergency with considerable loss of jobs and income to the affected workers. We have been asked to conserve so that it won’t get worse.

My friends, it ain’t cold. Wait until it really gets cold and stays that way for weeks. What will we do then? I don’t know. I do know who is to blame. The nation and this region have been largely under the control of Democrats and environmentalists for decades. When was the last generating plant built? You can’t remember, it’s been so long. We can’t build them because they “pollute.” Well, we will soon see painfully how foolish we have been. Generation plants aren’t built overnight. We will suffer some extreme financial and personal pain and inconvenience before we get a sensible energy policy in place. And that will take many new political faces in D.C. and statehouses.
